The Top 22 Most Pardonable Americans

The following is a list of 22 political prisoners, victims of a broken justice system.  Each case is rife with lawfare, political bias, unethical and even illegal prosecutorial and/or judicial misconduct.  

We are calling for all of them to be fully and unconditionally pardoned.

In the coming weeks, we will be building out this list with links to more information about each case, as well as what you can do to help advocate for their justice.  The names may change, hopefully because they are granted clemency by President Trump and receive their freedom/justice.  

Our voices can make the difference for these 22 Americans, and many others who deserve justice.

  1. Tina Peters - Whistleblower on the 2020 election fraud, held by corrupt Colorado Courts for preserving election data that demonstrates election fraud.  She is in poor health and is being denied care and poorly treated in prison.

  2. Jon Woods - State Senator, endorsed Trump in 2016, convicted in a biased case for an alleged "bribery scheme" and excessively charged while his more powerful members of the "scheme" got off with minimal consequences. He has faced severe health issues while incarcerated since 2017, due to the neglect of the BOP to address medical issues.

  3.  Edward Kelley - A pardoned J6 defendant who was entrapped by the same corrupt prosecutors and FBI agents that conducted his J6 case.  They used another J6 defendant as a "confidential human source" in exchange for a reduced sentence to lure Kelley into an alleged "plot" to attack the FBI agents who abused him in his J6 case.  He faces life in prison due to this double entrapment scheme by a corrupt prosecution.

  4. Dan Wilson - A pardoned J6 defendant held by activist Judge Fredrich for J6 search related charges in defiance of the presidential pardon that covers them.

  5. Shane Lamond - DC Metro Police Officer who was convicted of "providing information" to J6 defendant Enrique Tarrio about a pending arrest. In fact, Lt. Lamond was a dedicated MPD officer in charge of coordinating with groups who came to DC to rally/protest and did an excellent job.  His charges are entirely weaponized J6 related charge continued out of spite for the truth about J6 and the J6 pardons.

  6. ​Tusitale Toese - Convicted on a state assault charges in Oregon for defending innocent protestors from violent Antifa attackers.  He is a Proud Boy, charged and convicted to "set an example" while the real Antifa attackers did not get punishment.

  7. Alan Swinney - Convicted on a state assault charges in Oregon for defending innocent protestors from violent Antifa attackers during the "Summer of Love" attacks. Also a Proud Boy

  8. Edward Snowden - Infamous whistleblower, expatriot trapped out of the country to avoid charges related to his revealing of government crimes.

  9. George Santos - Former Congressman convicted of election finance fraud, excessively charged and more excessively sentenced in a political witchhunt against Trump conservatives in Congress, while other members of Congress, particularly democrats commit far greater crimes with no consequence.

  10. Joe Exotic - The famed star of the "Tiger King", convicted of a "murder for hire" plot on spurious evidence, excessively charged in a liberal court and convicted by a biased court. He has considerable health issues that have been made worse by neglect by the BOP.  He has suffered far more than merited as a victim of political courtroom bias.

  11. Joe Biggs - J6 Proud Boy defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  12. Ethan Nordeen - J6 Proud Boy defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  13. Zach Rehl - J6 Proud Boy defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  14. Dominic Pezzola - J6 Proud Boy defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  15. Stewart Rhodes - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  16. Jessica Watkins - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  17. Robert Minuta - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  18. Edward Vallejo - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  19. Kenneth Harrelson - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  20. Joseph Hackett - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  21. Kelly Meggs - J6 Oath Keeper defendant commuted, but not pardoned.

  22. Julian Assange - Famous whistleblower of US government crimes, forced to plead guilty to corrupted US prosecutors.
